We went with Sure-Loc through word of mouth and so far, our experience with this company has been fair. We had a few concerns but the owner has committed to resolve our issue in a timely manner as promised.
Backyard Interlock
Signed up to a contractual agreement on August 1st with Sales Rep. Adrian (gave him his 10% commission). The team of 8-10 people came four days later to do the Excavation (gave them the first half of the final payment) and since then, no one has come back or called to delivery brinks to complete the work. Called the office and Adrian numerous times, all they did was kept dodging us with "I'll find out for you...". No return calls, no updates. We were told when signing, 2 weeks max to get the job done. Now, it's been over four weeks! And still waiting.................
