Yair came to our house, then later met us on a weekend and spent over an hour with us finalizing the design. Great personality, no rushing, just very nice experience. We felt very good after that meeting, and that's rare when you're dropping this kind of money on a small closet (5 solid wood, dovetailed draweres, glass doors with hangers and shelves, about 5 feet wide, full height).
The installer came on time and his workmanship was very good. The caulk is neat, the shelves are tight. And the design is very well done, both the unit itself and how it sits in the wall. People comment when they see it.
They did install glass instead of mirror as agreed, and that took a long time to get reordered, but given how nice the result is and how great Yair is to deal with, I didn't mind the wait too much. Things always happen. It's how you deal with a problem that matters.
