Absolute worst service experience in the history of mankind - period.

I was once an optimist whom believed that people were innately good, but these heartless, non-caring individuals single-handedly destroyed my once positive state. I won’t delve into all the details of my poor service experience with suncrest (proper name left uncapitalized on purpose) as it conjures up memories too painful for me to revisit.

The bottom line is stay away from this business at all costs as they will use exceedingly poor materials and install your kitchen cabinets so fast and without ANY attention to detail that you’ll be sure the installer is getting paid by the number of these catastrophes he can put together in one day.

Want service?? They will delay, delay, delay and ignore your service requests until they’ve exhausted you into submission - great business model by the way! I actually feel like I’m doing them a favour by rating them 0 stars out of 5 but there is no option to go any lower on Homestars.

The product is not bad but its the customer service that is the worst that I have experienced. We spent a ton just on the cabinetry ($50,000) in our new house and right in the beginning they were late delivering with no notice, just didn't show up. I spoke to the owner and he was the most arrogant person I have ever dealt with. Offered absolutely no apology and just talked over me. once they finally got around to install it put us way behind and had to push all other trades. They came back 9 times to fix deficiencies. I wrote several emails asking to come back and only until I said that I was going to get another company to finish they replied. this went on for over a year. stay clear. still not completed list

Suncrest Cabinets is not a company I would recommend, they lack professionalism and efficiency. We bought a new house last September and we are now April and they still haven't fix a minor problem with our cabinets. They are not very helpful or great in general.

My husband is in trade and we are all about value. We wanted the high end designer looking stuff with medium to low end budget. We shopped many companies before we decided on Suncrest. Alex the designer is excellent. He give excellent ideas, very detail oriented, understand our needs, and didn't mind to change many times according to our requests. The price was great for what we get. The did very good job on installing, matching wood grain, customizing the panels for panel ready fridge and dishwasher. Alex even pointed us where to go to get cheap pantry organizer (instead of pushing us to buy from suncrest which is more expensive). He also came to my place many times to ensure the installation is good. Now my kitchen looks like a designer kitchen from magazine (too bad I can't post pics here). Very good value, very professional and yet personal. Highly recommended!!!

Suncrest cabinets was great start to finish. Our kitchen was not your basic kitchen. Intergrated panels on dbl drawer dishwasher, integrated exhaust hood, panel sub zero fridge. Custom panels made for each of those appliances. Very reasonably priced for the scope of work. Ask for Alex for the design and Claudio to do the install. They make a great team. Great work guys.

Suncrest made a complete mess of 95% of my kitchen reno. All of the cupboard doors, drawers, end pieces and more are the wrong base colour. I've tried mediation with the BBB but Suncrest refuses to do anything about this. Be very wary of this company: they do not stand behind their product or their work.

I have used them once for my office about 4 years ago, they did an exceptional job on my office kitchen, and some built in cabinets I had made. I then used them to replace my Kitchen that was installed only 2 years earlier by another company, and was garbage. Then I had them install my laundry and downstairs bathroom cabinet.
They are awesome, and dealt with any hiccup professionally and efficiently. I love working with them.

Johnathan is the person that helped us with our kitchen. He wasn't very helpful, and was very slow to respond. The job was done but the wrong cabinet handles were installed. It took a month to replace the handles with the correct ones.

The kitchen design was not what I asked for. The workman ship was unexceptional. The quailty of cabinets were terrible. Was very dissappointd with the sales rep of the company.
