Im just writing to say how satisfied I was with the blinds but most importantly with your customer service. You were so helpful, so accommodating and just all around a pleasure to deal with. The installer was also very professional, punctual and courteous. I have to say that I`m often disappointed at the lack of customer service in general wherever you go these days, so it was very refreshing to deal with people who genuinely cared about their customers`experience.

I resisted getting blinds but the sun was too much for my mom. On a whim before meeting a friend for dinner, dropped in the store on Main Street in Newmarket and met the nicest, least pushy, pleasant, knowledgeable, helpful sales person - Lorie was super. A few weeks later my custom blinds were installed by an equally wonderful man - competent, timely, quick but thorough, considerate. Excellent company, excellent service, excellent price and excellent product. Couldn't be more pleased.

We used the Sun Shades in Port Credit, Mississauga. Trish came to our house to go over our blind options. I ended up purchasing Hunter Douglas blinds for my entire house. I really like the blinds. I appreciate Trish's help b/c it was obvious she wasn't trying to upsell me; in fact, she was very honest and kind. She worked within our budget and our needs.

I ended up going with Sun Shades b/c they offered me the best price for my Hunter Douglas blinds (I got multiple quotes from many other places including Costco and Lowes, which were far more expensive).

After the sale, the installation went smoothly, and Crystal was also very helpful in arranging the installation and delivery of the blinds.

Contacted Neda at Sun Shades through email and she did a great job working with us primarily through email/phone and sent us pictures and other documents electronically so we wouldn't have to make a trip up.

We ended up having a problem with our window cutouts (condo cutouts weren't even) and Neda/Sunshades, at no charge, sent out their installer to help us put the shades back up after the condo builder fixed the openings.

Price was very competitive and within the best 3 quotes we received.

Lynn (in-house consultant) from SunShades in Richmond Hill was referred to me by my son. She had spent the time to help me determine the best options for my windows in my newly renovated condo. She provided very reasonable estimates and provided her expert opinion. Was very happy with the cost and advice she provided. Later, Mark (Installer) had come by to complete the installation. Again, was done in a very professional manner and was very happy with the workmanship. Very glad to have been referred to both Lynn and Mark.

I love my new blinds - Lynn's consultation was very helpful, service was great, installation was done professionally by Mark and I'm very happy with the new look. Thank you Sun Shades for doing an excellent job.

Marietta did our in-house consultation and she is very knowledgeable and patient. She answered our questions straightforward and honest. She respected all our changes a couple of times and redo all the quotes. The installer Mark is good too. The finishing looks great.
