Lynn was a pleasure to deal with.She worked to ensure that my tilt bars for the shutters were repaired in as efficient and cost effective manner as possible. She did everything she could to save us the costs in repairing our broken blind. Not only did she research to see if we were still under warranty with the previous owners of our home... she tried to see if she could fix our blind In her store.

Our experience with Lynn was wonderful. She was very professional and prompt in helping us with all of our needs! Lynn not only helped us pick blinds (that look absolutely fantastic in our new office) but she also went out of her way to make sure that we were taken care of. While our blinds were on back order she delivered us some temporary blinds to make sure that we would be comfortable during our wait. Installation was so quick! We just moved into our new house. We were not sure what kind of window treatments would work best for the new windows. We decided to go to Sunshade to check some samples. We were very fortunate to meet Lynn at 10909 Younge Street. Lynn is super dedicated and professional. She went above and beyond for her customers. It almost feels like we are not just her customers, but her family or friends, who she is eager to help and make sure correct decision are made and within their budgets. We ended up having shutters installed for our windows. We are very happy with the result. These shutters not only look gorgeous, but also help to insulate the house. The installers were also very professional. They did a wonderful job installing these shutters. They even cleaned the dirty sill in one of the foyer windows. When the work was completed, they cleaned up and removed all the packaging material.

She is detail oriented, so patient and an absolute pleasure to work with.We could not get over how she came to our house twice in order to ensure that the shade of white was exactly what we needed for our paint colour. She chose fabrics materials with care and carefully held them up to the natural light of our kitchen so that we could see what the blinds would look like once they were installed. We are very appreciative of Mike, who carefully measured each window.Mark, our installer, was truly amazing. Everything he did was meticulous and completed with perfection. He ensured that our shades were working well and that they lined up precisely. We appreciate how no mess was left behind.

I am very pleased with my Maxxmar motorized blinds. Lynn was extremely informative and patient when it came to helping me determine the most suitable blinds for my living room sliding door windows. Very professional and personal customer service/consultation! Lynn did an excellent job on helping my wife and I choosing the best shade and deal possible for our kitchen area. Mark the installer also did an awesome job on measuring and installation! My wife and I are two very satisfied customers!
