An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
"Please accept this letter of recommendation following the successful completion of painting our entire main floor, upstairs bathroom, an accent wall in one of the bedrooms and front steps. The results have beautified and totally given our home a vibrant and fresh new look.
Anna and David were extremely courteous they kept the job clean and put away tools and ladders neatly at the end of the day so as not to interfere with our daily life. They were very responsive to our needs and provided valuable input to the choice of colours and how to fix problem areas.
