Approximately 6 years ago Bally did our front landscaping which included covering our concerete stairs with stone. Unfortunately after the first year many of the stones had fallen off or come loose. I called Bally and he did come to fix the problem. For some reason the stones yearly kept coming off - and Bally was always there coming back to repair the problem. This year Bally's crew did identify the issue as to why the steps were coming loose every year - his crew came back and did a fabulous job fixing it yet again. We are hopeful with the problem identified that the stones will no longer come loose. Thank you Bally for coming back time after time to fix the problem.
