They replaced our roof a few years ago and replaced the 2 skylights. When the job was done, they were very hard to get a hold off as they didn't replace the trim on the inside of the skylight opening where the drywall met the frame. The skylight themselves were installed on an angle that didn't match the opening.
Their warranty covered the skylight so when the skylights started leaking they found the problem but didn't want to fix it. After countless phone calls they said they didn't cover any damage due to the skylights' seals. We had Velux send us new seals but the roofers didn't want to replace them.

The shingles were installed fast and that was relatively hassle free.

Overall, not the best customer service. You get what you pay for.

My old bungalow was desperately in need of re-roofing. I mean rafters, sheets and shingles! There are countless so-called roofers who are nothing more than shingle monkeys, but I needed much more. Stan himself has been roofing for almost 60 years - you want experience? Son Paul, is a master carpenter and master framer - exactly what I needed. Mike is the third member and does most of the heavy lifting, but all three are a great team.

They scabbed new PT 2 x 6s alongside the old twisted and warped 2 x 4s to make everything straight as well as lift the whole roof deck by 2" to give me some much needed ventilation through the soffits. The end result was a straight, flat, good for my lifetime, roof deck and this was the only company able to do the job. Every other roofing company would have subbed out the framing work and then blamed the other guys if it didn't work out. This way, no issues. First class work if you need serious roofing.
