Staged to Sell

We have been trying to sell our home for a couple of months now with little success. We were not getting the results we wanted. Our agent brought Carolyn in and the changes she made were wonderful. Little things that we never thought of but have made all the difference. She not only told us what to do but got right in there moving furniture and hanging pictures with us. The other great thing is she did it without us having to go and buy a lot of new things. We were on a budget and she worked with what we had. With the changes Carolyn made we are well on our way to a sold home.

"Our home is an older, 4 level back split that looks alot smaller that it
is. Carolyn started by staging the front yard, the inside of the home and
the back yard. We had experienced a very poor home stage previously and
were very reluctant to go through it again, but after some coaxing from our
Real Estate Agent, we took the plunge again and we were more than pleased.
Carolyn was a professional with a good eye for colour, space usage,
furniture placement and those special little touches that set off a room.
Not only were we pleased with the home stage, we were pleased with Carolyn
as a business person and would highly recommend her services anytime."
