Square Footage

We began the process of looking for qualified contractors and designers to update our 1980s two story home. We had always loved the lot but hated the interior as we found it boxy and each room isolated from the other's. Friends had used Square Footage for a renovation 10 years earlier and they were very happy with the results. We began consultations and home visits with them in January of 2021. We liked the direction and the attention to detail that they displayed during our initial meetings and decided to have them perform the work. Frankie, John, Johs and Laura were all very professional and easy to work with. Its not to say we didn't have issues during the renovations but they were quick to respond and fix the problems or to offer viable solutions. Every major renovation is going to have issues and you need to realise that going in so that you can build that relationship to deal with them. When our kitchen cabinets were installed Frankie and Laura came to inspect them and they found defects in the finish that we hadn't even noticed. They had the doors replaced We received a schedule at the beginning of the project but with Covid and supply chain issues it was changed and updated weekly but we were kept informed. We worked with them and together the communication was excellent and the quality of the renovation was spot on. We would not hesitate to recommend this design and construction company.
