Every step of the process has been great with Solmar Development. Working with any of the representatives is a delight. We have really enjoyed some parts of the construction process, including setting up the drywall and installing the mechanical system. We learned something new! I would unquestionably suggest them to everyone.

I'm quite impressed with Solmar Development's work. Edge Towers' lobby and common areas are both exquisite. In addition, Kayla organizes any necessary repairs with extraordinary care and promptness.very advisable.

I've never had such a great experience working with a development company before! Solmar completes repairs in a timely manner and provides unmatched customer care. Vaughan Mills is so close to my Park Avenue apartment that I also like walking there for dining and shopping. They come highly recommended from me.

Solmar's customer service was outstanding on occupancy day. They were prompt, friendly, and informative. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a smooth move-in process, and their attention to detail and willingness to answer questions was truly exceptional. Overall, a fantastic experience.

I purchased a home some of the worst workmanship I seen in years everything is butchered together and this company should really get inspected on the way they do things. Also the worst customer service I have ever had in my life with any purchase I have ever made, I will never buy a home from this builder again one of the worst decisions a new home buyer can make.

As a first time home buyer, this has not been a pleasant experience. My condo that was supposed to be ready 3 years ago is still delayed, with no real explanation (excuse) other than COVID-19. The lack of communication is a joke - no updates other than the random occasional newsletter saying construction is on its way …
A friend of mine purchased a condo with a different builder one month prior to mine, and hers was supposed to be ready one year AFTER mine. Hers has been rented out with tenants for over 2 years now …
Not impressed at all.

More then 6 years delay and it probably will take another year to register this condo. High maintenance fees and pure quality. I wish I would never have bought that unit. Very disappointed. Such a wasting of time and money.

my wife purchased home 5 years ago, she paid for r0ughed in central vacuum they put in outlets that did not go anywhere and hid it clearly a fraudulent act they knew most people would not know the difference. ?

Purchased park avenue place almost 6 years ago, the amount of delays and lack of communication from builder is poor... I was once excited to move in, but after various delays in move in dates over the last 5 years, I now am no longer excited. As a first time home buyer, they are not only affecting my savings but my livelihood. I wish I bought with another developer that has better time management and professionalism. Do not recommend. Now they are using COVID-19 as an excuse why they are not done. Please explain to me what working outdoors has to do with COVID-19? There are 2 buildings and 22 floors on each, how much social distancing do they need that already is not there. Very disappointed.
