Just a short note to commend the folks at Smart Roofing on the excellent work they did installing a large, new roof. I got at total of 8 estimates for the roof, including 3 from Home Depot and 3 from Home Services. Bob from Smart Roofing gave by far the most competent and professional estimate. He answered simple questions, was personable and pointed out the problems and solutions for a leaky and worn out roof. The estimates from the other companies were amateurish and untrustworthy...either much higher or much lower...a red flag in either case. The workers that came out were a pleasure to have around the house and gave 'top services'. They worked long days and cleaned up every day. They didn't leave on nail behind and cleaned all the gutters. This wasn't an easy job but they finished it in good time and it looks fantastic. They also gave a couple of good suggestions on how to avoid animal problems on the roof.
