We placed the call for assistance with our downspout disconnection. Bob came and was very helpful in suggesting a solution for one of them, which was very tricky. It was assessed that we could also use new eavestroughs on the upper portion of the house. We felt confident in his assessment and suggestions as well as his quote, so we decided to go ahead. [ we had already had a quote from another company and were not pleased with them] True to Bob's word, 10 days later Al showed up at the door to do the work. He also was very helpful, lending some extra assistance. In the end we decided it best to do the whole house with new eavestroughs and so they were able to accommodate that. We are pleased with their work. And of course we had done our homework ahead of time in reading the reviews on Homestars before we selected them in the first place!
