VERY BAD! Never use them! Iva (Jeff's wife) sold a 10-years extended warranty of parts & labor through Carrier in August 2013 and I found out that: 1- Carrier doesn't handle extended warranty no more since Jan 2013 and it's handled by a third party company. 2-The AC unit is not even registered for the manufacturer 10 years parts warranty, which should have been registered during 90 days from the date of purchase. 3-SHERIDAN is not a certified dealer for CARRIER units. Besides, they don't return phone calls/emails anymore to me or CARRIER management.
