Sears - Mississauga

I bought the protection agreements with Sears when I purchased my dish washer. The washing machine I bought is okay but some small parts were broken. When I called Sears to repair, they provided very fast and efficient services. The guy came in on time and fixed my machine in a professional manner. I liked the services they provided. I really think dish washer should need protection plan as there are a lot of parts which might damaged very easily.

I bought a floor model LG combo set for our bedroom. The LG was the only 24" size available so I bought it. After purchase I was told that Sears was no longer carrying the LG line but they would service it if I wanted to get an extended warranty. Why would I get a warranty on a product they no longer carried I thought? Also, the unit was missing a "stacking kit" so that the dryer would not fall off the washer. After several attempts at ordering they gave up and I gave up. No stacking kit available. Next; I had a service call exactly one month after he manufacturers warranty ran out. Sears said they would do a service call in ten days. I gave up and called another service. They came in two days and fixed the problem for now.

When I walked into the Sears store, it was easy locating an employee, and as luck would have they quickly directed me to where the Levi jeans were and assisted me in finding my size and style. Overall, their service was awesome.

the staff are very friendly at this location and are very knowledgeable. I went there in hope of purchasing a dryer and a washer for my in laws. We had a great experience and aredefinatly going back to purchase it.

From the salesperson to the delivery person was excellent. I really appreciated the respect to my home from the delivery guys and they explained and set up the range. the sales person was very informative and really explained the product without being pushy. I rate the service a 10/10

Had to replace the drum liner of my 7 year old washer. told me the drum was under warranty so I only have to pay for labor. Paid $380 for labor, replaced $1200 worth of parts, incld drum. After repair there was a noise that was coming from the washer. Then they said the noise was because of the pump. I had to pay $175 for the pump. I kept the old pump doesn't seem to be anything wrong with it. I could have bought a new washer for $1000 instead of spending $500 for this one +$1200 that they charged Whirlpool in parts?.

Sears home improvements sales rep was very informative, patient and ever accommodating with our requests and many , many questions. The contractor " Empire Aluminum" crew were very polite, hard working and clean. They did an outstanding work, we have people stopping and asking us who did the work and real estate agents asking if we want to sell.

We are very happy and have recommended Sears to many of our friends, colleagues and neighbours.

Speedy service , the price and the support after the installion was complete was exceptional. I particularly liked the yearly check up whic was offered as well. I would recommend to a friend.

Very good selection of services and products. Customer service is why I deal with them the most. Furniture stores have a great selection, lot's of good ideas.
