The quality of the stove, microwave, dishwasher are good after 11 years. The microwave was the only one I had a problem and they send me another one. The customer service was good. I would recommend this store, their staff are very nice and they have guaranty.

We purchased a Samsung 26" Fridge with Ice Machine on the Front Door Front. The cost was nearly $1,000 more than listed, but they price matched the competition. As well, their Online Store sells the difficult to locate water filters, for some reason none of the stores selling this model refrigerator offers. The only reason the rating is not higher is the initial price should have been more competitive than a simple price match. Great service and the availability of parts makes this a good place to start shopping.

We bought a leather sofa - the qaulity is great; as is the comfort! We were also very happy with the customer service we recieved at Sears. We had shopped around a few places, and sears seemed to have the best quality and price.
