We brought SAR in for service last year they came the same day and got our furnace working. We called them back and again they came the same day and got the furnace working. The furnace quit a third time not to rise again due to motor failure. Expensive motor worth around 1500 installed. Furnace was 10 years old no warranty.
We obtained 3 quotes on a new furnace.SAR was the best. The furnace we ordered did not have a 10 year labour warranty option. Tony went the extra mile the day of install and got us one which did even though the furnace we ordered was in the back of the van at our house.
His people went the extra 100 miles and fixed the poor installation of the previous big name gas company. This was done before they could install the new furnace. This of course took extra time and it was long day. When they left the new furnace was working and we again had heat.
