Rug Weavers (Looms Art Collection)

I went to the store after reading the lady's negative review. Knowing the truth about the lady what she did to them was pretty disgusting. She purhased a rug knowing that it was a final sale. she loved it. A week later she came back with the rug with wine stains for return. I wonder if this lady has any self respect. They still took the rug and gave her full refund. She was abusive and ill mannered. Anyway, these guys are great. They r honest. They have the best prices. They give you the best customer service. I am going there again for next rug purchase.

With full assurances of a "no hassle, any reason" return policy, I purchased a carpet represented to have "about 100" knots per inch. Once it was in the condo, I immediately discovered the thread count was only 56 kpi, and sloppy stitching on the reverse highlighted a botched pattern. What followed was a "good cop, bad copy routine" expertly acted by the two guys involved in the sale, which amounted their refusal to honour the 2-week return policy they promised. It was a hard lesson in straying from the reputable establishments on Homestars. So it's probably no coincidence that this is my first negative review.
