We contracted RoyalStone to landscape our front and rear garden. Both Ken & John and their Team were amazing!! The finished Project is beyond what we could have hoped for, they managed the design and construction making the process hassle free. Their Team of Workers were professional and a pleasure to have working and creating our dream. I am so happy that we made the right decision to use Royalstone. From design to installation, service, communication and reasonable pricing, Royal Stone team was an absolute pleasure to deal with. The project design and installation was prompt and non disruptive. The project consisted of a new drive way with boarders, natural stone porch facing, walkway and backyard pavers and a pergola and we were extremely impressed with everything. We had commissioned Ken to interlock our backyard and put in a deck about 3 years ago. Back then we were impressed with the company's speed, organization, professionalism, and customer service. So much so that that recently when we decided to redo our driveway (as another company that did it a few years ago did an awful job), fix our front steps, and put in sod in our front lawn, we didn't think twice. We called Ken. He advised us to put in turf given we had an old tree out front, and explained why. It was the best decision. He also went out back to the job he did 3 yrs ago and ensured everything was still ok. When I noticed a slight difference in the height of the stairs, he sent his staff to my door the next day. Who does that?! A company and person who values their client and takes pride in their work. I recommend Royal Stone to everyone.

Our project consisted of a stone patio, stone stairs and paved driveway. Royal Stone's team did an excellent job. They were efficient, meticulous and very fast. I worked with Royal Stone Over the course of 3 years... Each year completing one project. Landscaping is expensive but worth every penny when done properly and efficiently. I first completed the front porch driveway and side of the house in flag and interlock as well as a beautifully landscaped front yard. The next year i completed the backyard with interlock deck and a firepit. Finally my trees in the backyard and lighting to complete the project. The finished product has left me wanting to stay outside as much as possible and I am constantly getting compliments from neighbours and friends (even door knocks from people asking me who did my landscaping) . I could not have asked for a more professional and beautifully designed property then what Royal Stone did. Kenny and his crew made sure I was a happy customer and gave me great ideas for colour choices and tree selection that suited my taste. I had a tree die and within days of notifying them the tree was replaced no questions asked. I had a rabbit chew on a wire over the winter and a few lights weren't working... Within days they were there to fix it! It's nice to know that they are not the type of company that takes your money and runs. Their warranty and reputation for making the customer a priority as well as the quality of work and super fast service sets them apart from so many other companies. They completed my backyard within 1 1/2 days and my trees were planted within an afternoon. They don't just send 2-3 guys to get the job done... They send an army!! After months of researching and interviewing a few companies about building a pool and creating a lanscape design for the front, back and side of my home, no doubt Aquaspa & Royal Stone came out on top! This is my second time contracting Royal Stone to do landscape work. Started with a simple patio then expanded to driveway, walkways and the entire yard. With the extremely weather we get here (both heat and cold), workmanship and warranty are extremely important. Most companies out there do offer warranty on their work; however, its not their priority and they do NOT have a dedicated team for it. Some never even come for any warranty work. That's when the nightmares begin.

Royal Stone have completed my project last July, and after the extreme winter we had, a few area had small settlements (most companies out there would ignore me if I show them how minor it is). Here’s where I tested Royal Stone’s customer service and warranty program. I called John on Tuesday, showed him a few pictures, no questions asked, he sent a team here today (Saturday) to get all the work done to ensure I am happy and satisfied. Royal Stone is a company where they put customer first and have great ship, customer services & piece of mind!)attention to details.

We worked with Kenny and his crew. They were wonderful in helping us get a drawing completed and revised (indefinite times) for free. Their work was not always perfect but headache-lessly rectified. They worked fast and professionally. Maybe a little pricey, but worth the premium you pay for speed, experience and reliability.
