Technician came without making apointment installed the door. The door doesnt close all the way down and it is not balanced.
The caping is not done and their service guy calls for the full payment. Customer service is horrible. Called them to fix the balance issue and for the capping they tell me someone will come in the future. What a joke. 2 weeks passed now they send me a bill saying interest will be applied. I NEED A GOOD LAWYER!
