The only problem I have with Royal is they won't take responsibility
for a delivery company they contracted. Doors arrived damaged and worse, the delivery truck spewed power steering fluid all over the paved driveway leaving ugly black stains. Then the 'finger pointing' starts whereby Royal blames the delivery company, Toolbox, and vice-versa.
Royal said they would fix the doors, however time is an issue and they don't move at lightening speed to begin with. Easier and faster to fix myself.
The big issue is Royal won't take responsibility for a company they contracted. Rather they would prefer to leave me, the customer, to battle it out with the delivery company. So, just find another shop...
