i had 6 windows in my home replaced. i had priced out a few companys. royal deluxe was not the cheapest but they were not very pricey either. what i did like about them the most was that edward (the sales guy) took the time to explain everything to us. and only sold us what we needed and not all the extra's we didn't

Called this company over 10 times to arrange a time to come and look at a window that is allowing cooled air into my home (seal is gone). Window was put in 3 years ago and is still under warrenty (10 years, in fact Yuri, the scam artist in my eyes, indicated on my bill that the warrenty would be extended to 20 years). Poor customer service and I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!!!

Installed windows on whole house over a 2yr period. Price was good, windows excellent, installer was a great guy, very good work, good quality. Some windows were especially made for our liking. Would recommend to others

Yuri was untruthful about the products. We had a very exspensive door installed and it looks terrible and when we called to have it fixed Yuri told his manager we toured the factory and that we picked that type of door which is completely un-true. He also said we were showed pictures of real doors and all we ever saw was a book of retail doors. Yuri goes on and on about how he is not a salesman and how we are the neighbourhood show home (A bunch of salesman crap) blah blah speil. We have never been there and they will do nothing in regards to their customer service. We are now stuck with a really exspensive crappy looking door. I would recommend nobody use them and be ware they have 9 window and door companies all at the same location under different names. DO THE RESEARCH ON THE WEB AND DON'T USE THEM. TERRIBLE.

We were installing our own windows and very picky. The owner gave us a full factory tour to show us how they made their windows from the ground up. They negotiated a great price for us and they delivered on time! When I wanted a special full window in my front door, the sales rep introduced us to a local artisan who created a custom stain glass insert, which they were able to build into the thermal pane door panel. We had a couple of small issues which were addressed promptly. I would highly recommend them.

I found them to be very knowledgeable and the sales representation was very helpful as we were replacing all the windows in our house and they spent a great deal of time going over all the types of windows and what would be most beneficial in our house. They came on time to put the new windows in and were very professional and did an excellent job. They game us instructions on how to operate the windows and how to take care of them. Their overall attitude including their customer service is exceptional.

We live in a rather old house and decided to do some renovations, especially to our old windows which suffered from interior condensation in the winter. This was about a year and a half ago. Eventually, we decided to change all the windows of the house. Deluxe windows was very helpful and gave useful suggestions as well. Since I grow a number of orchids and flowers inside the house, frosted glass was suggested and was very effective in giving me just the amount of sunlight needed. Their customer service was also very good. My son's window had a little bit of condensation and they had a worker sent over to fix the window very quickly. There are some companies whose service does not last well after the initial purchase, but I am glad to say that Deluxe Windows lived up to my expectations.
