Replaced half of my windows and have had problems with them leaking. Receptionist would not forward my messages to the sales rep. Kept sending a technician who just drilled additional holes at the bottom of the window and accused me of leaving the windows open.Vinyl frames are bowing and becoming increasingly difficult to open and close. Now replacing all of the windows again.
