We had a 34’x16’ elevated panoramic deck which required engineering considering it was 10’ above ground. See pictures. Miro is a professional engineer and designs the construction which is implemented by excellent crews. Our good friend One Side also had one done at the same time with plate grass railing which did not require a top rail. We chose to have an iron and aluminum railings on both structures. The two man crews were excellent on both jobs. Great clean up every day and more than willing to do the little extras. Everything necessitates a good plan and Miro’s experience is paramount if the design is somewhat out of the ordinary, which ours certainly was. Weather is always a major factor but scheduling an early booking will generally get your deck finished within a reasonable margin. It is hard to give Miro and his crew a higher rating than 10 out of 10.
