Had cracks repaired by our builder from inside the home, which continually leaked after they were supposedly fixed. After numerous attempts i decided to bite the bullet and pay someone to get the cracks properly repaired. I Called Roppa waterproofing and spoke to and dealt with Anthony.
Right from the beginning he told me the cracks could no longer be repaired from the inside, and would need to be repaired from the outside as the inside method was no longer an option. Anthony explained the process of the repair and gave it to me in writing, I can say I have not had any leaking since the completion of the job, and don't have to wake up in the morning to find a flood. All in all courteous, clean and reasonable.
