Our church members do most of our maintenance and repairs but when it came time to paint the 15 foot high ceiling in our church hall we decided to hire a contractor. The ceiling is textured, 13 years old and had never been painted. The obvious stains were there from a previous roof leak and around the heat diffusers that had accumulated over the years.
