i purchase a hot tub last summer and it took a long time to have it delivered to my house. when it arrived there were panels on the hot tub that were damaged. i had to call the store that it was purcahsed from who told me to call the head office, and then i was told to call the store again. it took close to a month of phone calls and inquiries to finally have the replacement panels delivered to me to install them myself.
