kitchen and bathroom renovations

During both our kitchen and bathroom renovations we used Roman Bath Centre to source fixtures. Their selection was fantastic and the staff worked were very helpful and knowledgeable! I had a plumbing mistake which the staff were able to help me with by supplying a little additional piece of hardware at no cost, and within a day! Really a great place to go when you're looking for taps and sinks and showers and all the beautiful detail items that allow for unique, personal touches in your home!

Two complete bathroom renovations

We reno'd two bathrooms at our cottage and decided to purchase all our materials from Roman Bath. While service was great when we first picked out and purchased our materials, a steady decline in service and attention soon followed. Too many inadequacies to mention including wrong finish on fixtures, granite countertop / sink drain / cabinet hinges broken, wrong materials delivered, items missing from order - issues were compounded by shipping hassels & costs to/from cottage country 3 hrs away. While the manager reimbursed the $600 cost of our shower door to make up for all the errors, the hassle and headaches that ensued unfortunately overshadowed this small token of goodwill. We cannot in good faith recommend this company.

Bathroom Fixtures

My wife and myself went looking for a toilets and sinks/cabinets for our 2 bathroom renos. Dave helped us find the perfect sink and fixture combinations. When our installer couldn't figure something out, we called the store and they helped out. Great customer relations, great selection, and good pricing! Thanx guys!!

bathroom accessories

I searched all over for a shower adapter kit for a clawfoot tub and encountered many stores who were either uninformed or unhelpful. The staff at Roman went out of their way to help me and even provided other minor plumbing parts, at no charge, that were unrelated to the parts they sold me.

Bathroom Reno

We recently reno'd our powder room. I stumbled upon Roman Bath & Kitchen Centre. They had a great selection and the service was great. They weren't pushy for the sale and they had also given suggestions when asked.

Bathroom Fixtures

We purchased a new sink faucet and a bathroom medicine cabinet. Roman Bath has beautiful products and reasonable prices. We were able to find the perfect faucet and a medicine cabinet to fit a tricky space. However, once we got the faucet to the plumber, he realized that it was not North American standard and required some special parts to install it. We were not made aware of this at the time of purchase. The bathroom cabinet, although lovely, rusted after about a year of use. I would have expected better quality. Overall, they have beautiful things, but make sure to ask questions, get a guarantee, and do a little research before you buy.

Bathroom Product

The people here at Roman were easy to deal with....They called when they said they would. The product came when they say it would.Sales people helpful! However, we did have a problem with the product after purchase and that is when things changed. It was difficult to get the service after. At this writing we have had the product 2 months and still have not resolved the problem.

Bathroom Renovation

The Roman Bath Center had a great selection of unique italian sinks and cabinets. I found a sleek contempory one piece sink and cabinet unit and also purchased some great brushed chrome sink and shower fixtures. It's nice that they have most things in stock so you can walk away with what you want.
