Roman Bath Centre

I recently renovated two bathrooms with Roman Bath and was very very pleased with the selection and service. All the staff greeted me and were very knowledgeable. We chose some items that were special order and we ended up changing our minds and they reversed the order promptly without any issues. Their accessory selection is gorgeous and we ended up with stunning bathrooms that may be getting published. We went to several other showrooms but nobody helped us the way the staff at Roman's did. We highly recommend this store to anyone who wants up to date products with amazing after service.

We did a bathroom reno and got all our fixtures here (vanity, mirrors, soap dispenser, toothbrush holder, towel rack, bathtub). After a 3-4 months, we had problems with almost everything. We returned one mirror 3 times! The bathtub drain broke. The toothbrush holder fell apart. Products look expensive and cost is high, yet cheaply made. I would never go back to this store and never recommend to anyone.

And,similar to one reviewer Roman Bath recommended a company for our glass shower door. Nothing but problems with that also. I had to go to Ministry of Consumer Affairs to get my complaint resolved with the glass shower door company. Nightmare.

We ordered a vanity many weeks ago for installation in our new bathroom. When we called a few days prior to the intended install date, they claimed the product was double back-ordered and wouldnt be available. They obviously were not organized enough to call us when they first ordered the peice to let us now we couldn't have it. Very frustrating as we're now scrambling to find another vanity!

I am very pleased with the service and products offered at Roman Bath & Kitchen Centre. My boyfriend and I are renovating a bathroom and we were able to find the exact vanity + sink we were looking for AND it was on sale! There were a few scratches on the sink we wanted so they opted to switch out the sink on our vanity for a brand new one. Very friendly staff. Will definitely be recommending this place to friends and family who are in the market for bathroom or kitchen renovations.

Helpful staff and reasonable prices. We ordered a vanity from Italy and got all of our taps from there. No concerns and would go again. Good selection of high quality products.

I bought a Cabinet 4 months ago, but I found the same one with half price somewhere else. I think everything at their store is kind of over price. If you want to do the renovation and you don't have too much money don't go there.

My wife and I are currently going through our first renovation (5 bathrooms to various degrees of change) and the folks at Roman Bath Centre (Dave Hill in particular) showed great patience and knowledge in helping us make our purchasing decisions. In addition, Dave's post-sales support has greatly surpassed our expectations. It is not every day that we get this level of service and it has made our experience with a very positive one.

We bought a glass shower door from Roman Bath Centre a few years ago. After less than a year the door started to malfunction. I went back to the store with pictures and spoke to them about it. At first, they were somewhat helpful. They put me in touch with an associate that would contact me. After tons of emailing back and forth they decided it was the manufacturers problem not theirs. They were supposed to connect me with the manufacturer rep. Never happened. Fortunately for them I got tired and decided to live with it.

this store is absolutely amazing, they helped me with everything and had great prices and tons of selection to choose from! I would recommend this store to everyone I kow
