We were ready to throw out our 15 year old leather sofa set, whose sagging cushions were killing my back and knees.
We also had a new suede covered dining chair set which I was already regretting buying as it was getting ruined with cat fur and dust. The chairs were also low, making it uncomfortable to sit at the table.
Robby came in and fixed everything. He put new, denser foam into the sofa, and installed higher legs, making it more ergonomic to sit on. He also recovered the kitchen chairs with leather (so no more cat fur sticking to the suede) and installed thicker chair cushions so the table comes up to my waist, not my chest anymore..and I dont feel like I need a booster seat.
Its been a pleasure working with Robby. He is a fine craftsman who really knows his trade. Plus re-upholstering is a really wise investment in fixing the furniture that we use everyday instead of buying a pricey new leather sofa set..not to mention that repairing existing furniture keeps it out of the landfill and is the green thing to do.
