Martyn and Rightway Roofing had reshingled our roof 10 years ago, so naturally we called them when we needed our roof reshingled this time. We asked Martyn to also clean out our eavestrough and caulk the seam, as it was leaking. The above was quoted in the price. On March 28/29, Randy and his helper did a good job...they did put in 2 extra new roof vents by mistake , however, we thought extra ventilation was a positive thing, so we overlooked the error. On the day of completion, and before I handed over the cheque, I asked Martin TWICE whether the job was complete per our contract. After asking Randy, who was on the roof, Martin replied "Yes"...TWICE. Payment was then made in full. However, we had an install on the roof shortly after the roof fix, which required pictures to be taken. Much to my surprise, the photos showed not only shingle debris in our eaves, but also roofing nails...and plenty of them!! They weren't there in the earlier photos that were taken before the roof was reshingled. Then it rained, and the eave seam leaked just as it had previously. So, after numerous calls to Rightway Roofing, and texts to Martin, we still as of this date, (May 3/14), have not had Rightway Roofing show up and complete the contractual agreement.....yet they were paid in full. They also damaged our bbq cover, and Martin said he would pay for a replacement. This, too, has not transpired. We do wish to be present for the eave cleaning and repair, and have texted many dates and times that we would be present...to no avail. The after service has been appalling and we are frustrated. We held up our part of the contract...we want them to do the same.

We live in a part of Oakville where the winds when out of the northwest are strong and gusty so the roof takes a beating. We have had missing shingles replaced twice before (by the builder and called Rightway Roofing to have shingles replaced for the third time. They arrived on a SUNDAY, replaced the shingles and sealed what should have been sealed before. Also noticed that two vents where loose and tacked down both. Very pleased with the end result.

Our roof lost shingles in February and required immediate attention, albeit during very unfavourably cold weather. Rightway Roofing was able to address our situation and remove the old shingles and replace the entire roof with new shingles prior to any damage occurring to the exposed roof. Martin was accommodative and a pleasure to deal with. The roofing crew was professional and courteous and should be commended for completing the job under such harsh conditions.

The roof was replaced as per contract, but I had a leak around the chimney. It took them a while to figure out what was the problem, but they finally fixed it today. Overall, the roof was done properly.

Rightway Roofing was very professional and did an excellent job. Everything was left clean and in order. Martin and his team were great to deal with and we would highly recommend Rightway Roofing

I hired Right-Way Roofing Oakville ON to strip old shingles off, replace any rotted plywood and reshingle. The day after I paid him in full, the roof leaked in the foyer upstairs. He attempted to repair this leak, but I had to replace the upstairs damaged drywall. The leaks, including this one, have continued until, with any downpour we were dealing with 4 different areas that had to have buckets to catch the dripping water. The leaks have also destroyed our hardwood floor and we had had enough. We hired another company to reshingle the roof last week and when shingles were removed, we couldn't believe the wood rot underneath -- all this in 6 years since Right Way replaced all the plywood on the roof. There was not a bit of tar paper or metal flashing used by RightWay on our roof. No wonder it leaked.
It is such a relief to have a roof now that won't leak -- everytime we had a downpour, we were running for buckets and towels. Nomore.

Martyn and his team completed our roof quickly and efficiently. His workers were very polite and accommodating, leaving a very clean site. We would recommend Rightway Roofing for any roofing needs. Working with Martyn was a pleasure.

I had a great experience w Rightway Roofing and would highly recommend it. My Roof was leaking and i talked to several roofing companies, but Martyn (the owner) came over to and took a look on a Friday and provided me with a competitive quote the same night, which I accepted. At 2pm the day after I had a new roof over my head. The service was great, the team that came out worked extremely hard and cleaned everything up after them.

Our roof was replaced in November and part of it is still leaking at the end of May. Rightway Roofing didn’t replace the roof to the property line of our rowhouse. Martyn did send someone out the following week to complete the work.

Martyn was good to deal with and did what he said he would do to finish the roof.

However, when the roof was replaced, the work was finished at 5 p.m. and Rightway wanted payment right away despite it being too dark for us to check their work. When we did check their work the next day, it hadn’t been done properly. The roofer came back three days later to finish it after we complained.

After having several companies come out and do patch jobs Martyn was the only one that was honest enough to tell me that he wouldnt patch and that I needed a new roof. I was impressed with his professionalism and his punctuality..I would totally recommend Rightway Roofing.
