Abraham was one of the best contractors I have ever dealt with! A very pleasant installation experience given the multiple delays that Covid 19 created by shutting down all installations. Abraham was very personable, very accomidating, very friendly and very skilled at what he does which helped Susan and I sell our house in less than 24 hrs with two offers above the asking price! He actually came back (scheduled during our move), to additionally replace the carpet in our den too, after the movers removed all the furniture and boxes, just prior to his arrival. Thanks for all your efforts and excellent craftsmenship ... I would definitely recommend Abraham at Multiple Choice Flooring for all your carpet and lineolium needs. May 03, 2014, Oakville Martyn and Rightway Roofing had reshingled our roof 10 years ago, so naturally we called them when we needed our roof reshingled this time. We asked Martyn to also clean out our eavestrough and caulk the seam, as it was leaking. The above was quoted in the price. On March 28/29, Randy and his helper did a good job...they did put in 2 extra new roof vents by mistake , however, we thought extra ventilation was a positive thing, so we overlooked the error. On the day of completion, and before I handed over the cheque, I asked Martin TWICE whether the job was complete per our contract. After asking Randy, who was on the roof, Martin replied "Yes"...TWICE. Payment was then made in full. However, we had an install on the roof shortly after the roof fix, which required pictures to be taken. Much to my surprise, the photos showed not only shingle debris in our eaves, but also roofing nails...and plenty of them!! They weren't there in the earlier photos that were taken before the roof was reshingled. Then it rained, and the eave seam leaked just as it had previously. So, after numerous calls to Rightway Roofing, and texts to Martin, we still as of this date, (May 3/14), have not had Rightway Roofing show up and complete the contractual agreement.....yet they were paid in full. They also damaged our bbq cover, and Martin said he would pay for a replacement. This, too, has not transpired. We do wish to be present for the eave cleaning and repair, and have texted many dates and times that we would be present...to no avail. The after service has been appalling and we are frustrated. We held up our part of the contract...we want them to do the same.

Highly qualified and specially trained PV engineers and crew completed the micro-fit project well with-in time and budget. Susan and I and all the inspectors involved in our project, were impressed with his professional conduct and in the additional safety details included in his design of our pv system They also walked me through the whole system after installation. Nani and his team were the brilliant and we truly wish all contractors lived up to this standard ... excellent from start to finish. This has to be the best customer service experience ever; the follow up calls and emails were perfectly timed and well appreciated. We will most definitely recommend Nani and New Dawn Energy Solutions to all.
