Horrible builder. If you have ever choice, avoid this builder, or painful nightmare would stay with forever.
Ugly terrace roofing with cracks, steep slope, complained from first form. Promised multiple time to fix. After 4 years plus with numerous appointments and phone calls. It never get fixed but a letter stated it cannot be done.
Never buy from Remington at all cost.
Customer service never responds at timely manner.
If you by any chance have someone server rep. called Angela, then asked immediately to change.
Poor customer service.
