At 2230 hours I ordered a crisper cover for our fridge. We then repaired the old one. and at 0500 I emailed asking them to cancel. sent 3 emails to try to cancel. Accelerated a claim with PayPal and then they answered me. I was told part was already sent as it was an "automatic order". Notice from postal service said label was generated 14 hours after I emailed to please cancel. Not immediately.
Item arrived two days later, and I emailed returns as per their instructions. Returns advised that I either pay to send it back or drive over 150km to return in person. ! ...or implied....keep it and let them have my close to $200.
Accelerating claim with PayPal. Previous order from here was handled we so quite disappointed.
