maintenance updates and upgrade
I recently bought a house where mostly everything leaked, from the roof down. Reid Bros.' plumbers and gas fitter(s) Carson Leary and Cory (the first time) and Peter (the second time) attended last spring and then again in the fall to complete the plumbing upgrades. They replaced all the stops re sinks and toilets, repaired all the hose bibbs, completed work on the boiler, the sprinkler system's pressure reducing valve and other assorted plumbing items, as well as installed new main water supply piping.
All three men were courteous, efficient, good natured, dependable and professional in all respects. They went about their work in an orderly fashion and the excellent quality really shows.
I haven't received the statement for the second time they were here, but I'm sure it will be as reasonable as the first.

- What could this company do to improve their services?
- My only suggestion for improvement would be to tell the customer, at the time the appointment is made, if an assessment is required to be made on a date separate from the date the work is to be done.
