All the guys at the desk are honest, helpful, and most importantly KNOWLEDGEABLE! I believe this is an old family business started decades ago by the grandfather and was passed down a few times. In any case, when I needed a strange toilet part, they knew exactly what it was and found it in seconds. When I needed a sink part, they had it too. Being a relative novice to plumbing I was very grateful that such an experienced team was working behind the desk ready to lend a helping hand.
