I had a basement leak very close to the houses electric panel and I was very concerned. I call RCC Water proofing after seeing their advertizing.

My call was answered promptly, and Den cam to inspect the leak and provide a quote. Den took the time to examine the cause and explained to me the process they use to treat the leak cause, which sounded too good to be true. I have beautiful interlock all around the house and was also concerned about how the work will impact the cosmetics of the house and the interlock.

On the day RCC came to do the repair, Choys crew introduced themselves and started the work. First, I have experienced no disruption what soever, and was pleasant surprised when I went out to see what they are doing, and how they dug so deep and used the technique Den explained to me. When they finished the work and I went to inspect the interlock and the house from outside, I was not able to even see any signs that the interlock was removed or if any work was done. As a matter of fact, if I did not see them dig so deep, I would think they didnt come at all.

Im so impressed with the entire team at RCC, from the person who received my call, the easy of making the payment, and the efficiency of handling the small details until the job was completed.

This was our third job by RCC. Once again Jeffery came to our house and gave us the cost to address the leak we were having in our basement. Since 2018 we have done exterior waterproofing in sections investing in our home and subsequent improvements. Jeffery took into consideration the leaking issue which first became apparent after the blizzard of 2022, but was there even after a little precipitation. We suspected something after seeing discolouration on the concrete and pooling water in the middle of the floor. This was new and needed correction.
Omar and his amazing team hand dug the section all the way down to the footings, performed the waterproofing, and repaired the cracks where needed. On the first day they were ready for the Building Department's inspection. The inspection was the next day and passed building code. I was confident it would as this was their third section. All was closed up, cleaned up, and the crew was done in a few hours.
Omar said he wouldn't be seeing us again, but I said, "Not so fast. There's one more section to go and you know who we'll be calling!" Thank you again Jeffery, Omar, and the RCC team!

I never write reviews but I was really blown away by this service. Den came over very promptly and made recommendations that were helpful and gave me a couple options and price points. Once I made my decision to move forward, Omar and his crew came out and had the work done very quickly. I was honestly shocked how quickly they worked and how efficient it was! There hasn't been any water since, we are extremely satisfied with this service and highly recommend Den and Omar's crew from RCC waterproofing!
