We were missing most of our interior staircase railing when we purchased our fixer-upper and so needed a new one custom built. We live quite a distance from Railing Excellence, but they happily took on our job! They not only recreated our original 1874 railing (to today's height standard), but they came out to our house several times to ensure the measurements were correct. The price was very fair, coming in cheaper than local companies who would not do custom work. Four years later, we're still extremely happy with our railing and get a lot of compliments on it from friends and family.
