It did take three days more then what he said. But didn't change his price.

Buyer Beware Indeed Mr. Burd and R&S built our fence. When the gate fell apart (taking some of our stucco with it) and the walkway wasn't completed properly, he promised numerous times to come back and complete it. He simply wouldn't show up and finally refused to guarantee his work. Don't trust this one! His word is not his bond!

Deck re-build was to be completed in 1 week, actual duration was 2 months. Skill and workmanship was sub-par resulting in numerous deficiencies. R&S have not responsded to repeated requests to complete repairs implying they do not honour "5-year warranty". Buyer Beware!

On completetion of our deck we were very happy with the finished product.
It was completed on time and on specification.

Fantastic Company!!! Ryan has a real sense for quality and detail ensuring that the job gets done right with nothing missed and on time too. In fact a few suggestions from Ryan enhanced our original plans for even a better looking kitchen with respect to the lighting. We are extremely happy with the job that R&S did and will gladly hire them again in the future.

R&S Renovations went out there way to make our project stress free. We found them on time and on price. the owners is very involved in the entire process. They are the first ones on site and last to leave. Being a small company they take there time to do it right. I will have them back to do more work.
