I'm beyond happy and pleased to have found Sam and Queen's Flooring. Our experience started with Jane in the showroom who stayed late after closing to ensure we found the proper flooring solution for our needs.

Then Sam and his team took over, and I can't express the way our family feels. Sam was like family while at our house, and took the time and care to treat our house as if it were his. His experience is quite clear, and time after time, challenge after challenge, he finds a way to get things fixed and done correctly.

I would hire Sam again without thinking. We got hardwood upstairs to match the already existing flooring, and went with Vinyl in our basement and can't believe the way the house looks. It's a total transformation and one that makes our house feel incredible.

They delayed installation by 3 weeks then rushed to finish the job. Colour of floor and stairs don't match after stating that it would. Won't come back to fix problems like a floor tile they chipped, small divots in many flooring boards from installer, angle of cut from handrail doesn't meet up, unfinished edge with no stain, and finishing on newel post are uneven and chipped. Owner says "they didn't see anything". We've been very patient and have returned to the store 3 times after being told by the owner each time that he will come to fix issues but never shows up. We have pics to prove. Save your money, go elsewhere.
