Chad is prompt, friendly, and efficient, and his prices are very reasonable. I had to replace the igniter on my oldish gas stove twice within a couple of years, and Chad charged me little over half of what the other company charged me for the same part and service. After a second visit to fix my washing machine (broken switch replaced quickly at little cost), he is now my go-to person for appliance repairs.
