After the job was completed, we had to do a major cleaning of the entire house: everything was covered in a fine dust, as well as finding some dust bunnies.

Also, the doorframe for the basement was slightly damaged and needed to be painted.

Kevin was able to accommodate a last minute scheduling request for us on late Sunday night and he sent Elias and team.

Elias was great but the person accompanying him was not good. He was lazy and Elias had to remind him to remove cloth cover from ducts after vacuum but he still missed some clothes.

Overall a good experience because of Kevin and Elias

Cut away gas pipe that wasn't needed any more from my laundry room to the furnace rm.

Excellent service and work by Ali and Kevin. Split AC is working excellent. Before, installation they came on site to check out the 2nd floor and advise where would be the best place to install it.
While doing the work Ali was very professional, helpful and caring with all electrical and unit installation work.
