We recently needed to replace our central air conditioning unit. We chose Quality Home Comfort based on their great reviews. We met with Kevin who was friendly, knowledgeable, and diligent in securing an air conditioning unit well-suited for our home and family needs. David and his technician Ali subsequently took care of the installation. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and diligent in their work. We are very pleased with their work and with the performance of our new central air conditioning unit (Goodman). We highly recommend Quality Home Comfort for anyone who needs a new air conditioner!

Excellent work and service. Air conditioner broke on Sunday. Came by Sunday night and replaced the unit the next morning. Cleaned up after themselves which was a plus and showed their attention to detail.

Was visiting family in Toronto when the air conditioner broke down. I found Quality Home Comfort through homestars and they came by the same day to repair the issue. Once the technician arrived he diagnosed the problem immediately and notified me of the problem and cost to repair. We had the AC up and running within a couple hours. Great customer service on the phone and excellent communication from technicians. Happy we chose Quality. Kevin followed up the next day to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. They also provided us with a 1 year service warranty on their workmanship. I highly recommend them to anyone requiring HVAC services in the GTA.

My air conditioner broke down on a day with over 30°+ temperature outside. I called Quality Home Comfort based on its high customer rating and I was not disappointed. Kevin was very accommodating. Their service was excellent, response was prompt and at a really reasonable price. I am glad that I now can have a reliable service for all my HVAC needs in the future.

I recently had a new furnace and my first central air conditioner installed. Both Kevin & his father David were great professional people to deal with. The prices were very fair and I was very happy they use a Canadian product. They were both very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions. I was looking for a professional to connect the natural gas bbq with the gas line in my backyard. I contacted Kevin from Quality home comfort and he was very responsive in providing the service. He was able to accommodate the same day service even though his schedule was jam-packed. Kevin helped me with a new air conditioner on short notice. He provided me with the lowest quote of the three I received and the best warranty. The entire installation was supervised and inspected by David and was completed without any mess. They are clean and professional. The installation was completed within 2 days of signing the contract and the old AC was removed. I’m very happy and would recommend them to everyone.
