I needed someone to design the ductwork for an old home. David worked with me to come up with a design that works and minimizes the impacts the aesthetics of the home. We recently purchased a Navien tankless water heater from Quality Home Comfort, a family-owned and run business. We have nothing but praise for Kevin and his father David. Kevin gave the estimate and provided us with clear product information, in addition to verbal and sketched out details on how the tank would be installed. David did the installation; he was very meticulous and took obvious pride in his work. Did we mention that they were both personable and had a great sense of humour to boot? Even though ours was a small job and they were quite busy, they took on our job, answered our questions, and communicated with us in a timely fashion. We highly recommend Quality Home Comfort.

Excellent work and service. Air conditioner broke on Sunday. Came by Sunday night and replaced the unit the next morning. Cleaned up after themselves which was a plus and showed their attention to detail.

Was visiting family in Toronto when the air conditioner broke down. I found Quality Home Comfort through homestars and they came by the same day to repair the issue. Once the technician arrived he diagnosed the problem immediately and notified me of the problem and cost to repair. We had the AC up and running within a couple hours. Great customer service on the phone and excellent communication from technicians. Happy we chose Quality. Kevin followed up the next day to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. They also provided us with a 1 year service warranty on their workmanship. I highly recommend them to anyone requiring HVAC services in the GTA.

My air conditioner broke down on a day with over 30°+ temperature outside. I called Quality Home Comfort based on its high customer rating and I was not disappointed. Kevin was very accommodating. Their service was excellent, response was prompt and at a really reasonable price. I am glad that I now can have a reliable service for all my HVAC needs in the future.

I was looking for a professional to connect the natural gas bbq with the gas line in my backyard. I contacted Kevin from Quality home comfort and he was very responsive in providing the service. He was able to accommodate the same day service even though his schedule was jam-packed.
