They were very knowledgeable and cared enough to get a new unit installed as fast as they could so we wouldn’t go without heat any longer than necessary. My condo heating unit stopped working on Christmas Day. I called Quality Home Comfort and they arrived the same day to service it. They only charged me for a service call and it has been running well since. Fast and fair company.

Careful with Quality Home Comfort... they'll tell you upfront that they charge for their onsite visit ($100). What they don't tell you is David will come to your home and talk for hours. He'll tell you everything that is wrong with your house, and then never get back to you with a quote. You'll receive a random invoice three weeks later, billing you for the hours spent at your home (which I could not get David to leave my house). When you ask about a quote for heating / cooling (and still unsure what the point was to having David in my house, if they're not quoting for work) they'll take 7 weeks to send you a quote. Totally disappointed...not to mention the barrage of texts to my cell asking if I was "okay"?
