First time cleaning the furnace and vents since we bought the place 7 years ago - probably hadnt been done for 10 years before that! Big job but the guys didnt make a big deal about it, just explained what they were doing and got right to work. They were thorough, efficient & respectful; I highly recommend .

When my furnace stopped working I called several repair companies none of which could come that day. One company said it would be the following week and to use space heaters. Kevin at Quality was able to send a technician that afternoon and he arrived within the time window I was given.
He identified the problem immediately left to buy the part and had it installed and working within the hour. Excellent , courteous professional service.

Kevin and David are the nicest, most honest people you will ever meet. I met them after I called our usual maintenance company to come and check why our furnace stopped working. He told us we needed a new furnace at $11,000. We then called Quality Home Comfort for a second opinion. David came, took a look and said nothing was wrong! It just needed a reset! Needless to say I will never call another company again. Just recently I went down to the basement and there was water around the humidifier. I called them and David came by again, reattached a loose hose and said it was good to go! Their honesty, competence, and professionalism (Kevin responds almost instantly) cant be beat!

I called Quality Home Comfort for a quote on a new tankless water heater. Kevin answered all my questions and quoted a fair price. He had his installer come out to install the tankless and remove the old tank shortly after. I am happy with all their services and will be recommending to all my friends!
