Since I wrote this review, I have have excellent service from Reliance Protrectron. It seems as though they have made a major effort at serving the client. In light of this I need to say that the time to see if a company is worth your business is when something is wrong and they respond................System down. Promised service call, 3 times no show, no return phone calls, and waiting on line 15 minutes and more. No supervisors, & no help. Cancelled service. 10 yr client.
