Salesman pressured my wife to the point where she agreed to sign up for a security system we didn't want. He told her about what he considered the important points on the contract, and had her sign it immediately saying that she was not signing a contract and that it was only an agreement for the 10 day trial. It ended up being a 60 month contract that we can't get out of. On top of that, they told us that there was no way our cats would set off the motion sensor. It happened on the first day, and again on the second day, and they charged us $82 per time. We fought that and eventually had it waived. They also didn't tell us that they were going to drill holes in our wall when we signed up for the 10-day trial. There is absolutely nothing good about this company. They get your contract with fine print and withholding information, and once they have it they no longer care about you.
