I had a pool and hot tub installed by Pro West pools and highly recommend. The company is family run and wonderful and caring individuals. Their staff are all super pleasant and they did a great job of keeping me updated on every step of the way. They came back to make sure to train me on how to use all the equipment and when I have found any issues they are back within the week to have them fixed. They were the one and only pool install company that got back to me during the late covid pool install / construction craze. Most telling me they wouldn't even be able to quote me for a year after my call. Pro west showed up to take a look at my yard and provided a quote they were able to stick to. They started my pool install before the other companies said they would be able to quote. They handled everything from getting my permits in place to getting them closed. They knew what the city would require so I was able to have everything passed on first inspection. When I have any questions, they are only a text away, from pre construction through construction and now a year out. My pool is a liner pool and the liner install causes about 24 hours of a noisy pump while the pool fills to hold the liner in place. That upset neighbours, but Pro West was able to explain to the neighbours and showed up with gift cards as an apology to them as well. I have other neighbours with pools who said "oh, we should have warned you, we totally expected that" so it's not just pro wests's pump its all liner pools. Pro west also set me up with a landscaping company to help me design the yard around the pool. They were able to communicate and work together with that landscaper all the way through the project. I highly recommend prowest pools, Thank you Ken, Tyler and Kris and their crew for a fantastic job.
