Radon Test - Terrible Experience
I contacted this company to do a long term radon test in my home. They were fairly quick to charge my credit card and install the test (a bag hanging from the ceiling in my basement). They said they'd come back in a few months to pick up the test and submit it for analysis. Many months went by and I never heard from them. I called them and asked about when they'd pick it up. They apologized and sent someone out within a week. The technician (David) picked it up and said I'd receive a full report in an email within a few months. I've never received anything and that was over a year ago. Very poor customer service. I shouldn't have to chase them for what I paid for.

Thank you so much for leaving this feedback on our company. I feel terrible about your frustration but I am perplexed to understand why. As soon as we received the lab results, which demonstrated that as per the Canadian Measurement Guideline, mitigation work is not suggested at this time, we sent you a copy of the lab results, in HARD COPY with Canada Post. You never provided your email to us so we do not have it. I have uploaded a copy of your lab results onto this Homestar listing so you can see it as well as any of the readers. This lab report shows that the test was the most thorough long term test which is a minimum of 12 months. This allows the Electret (Radon Sensor)the opportunity to sense the radon in all seasons which is highly recommended for the most accurate results.
It is possible that the letter got lost or that it was discarded by mistake but I can guarantee you 100% that it was sent out to you.

I find it strange that this test ended in April of 2014 and you waited 2 years without reaching out to us directly and then left us this bad review.
