Premi-Air completed a heat loss calculation within 5-business days to ensure that the right size air conditioner was recommended for our home.
Victor is awesome. He knows his HVAC business. He even explained the benefit of adding a combustion air pipe to the furnace to ensure our system was as safe and efficient as it could be.
Marco and Andrew did a great job installing. They were neat and clean and made sure to protect our new hardwood floors. They took the time to explain what they were going to do and how long it was going to take. They even gave us options during the installation to ensure we were happy throughout the process.
These guys even did a follow-up visit to explain not only how the air conditioner worked but also walked us through how our whole HVAC system works and what to do for maintenance in the future. They didn’t even install our furnace but they were happy to provide information.
